Our History

The organization was incorporated in 1997 as SERVE (Special Endeavors Rendered by Volunteer Effforts).

We changed our name to The Kindness Connection in 2006 and began working with one school in Wilmette, Illinois during the spring of 2007. We are now working with ten schools during the 2007/2008 school year and holding several events for groups and the public.
